Mondelice believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Mondelice marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Ugadi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Christmas & New year etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Mondelice does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items etc., However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
For refund- non/Un-satisfied with quality : The intimation has to be sent to us within 6 hours for normal product but, not for fresh cream cakes and pastry from the time of purchase and the sample has to be provided to us for testing. It would take about 2 days for the test results to come in after which we could revert to you on it.- For fresh cream cakes we need the feedback instantly since we don’t understand your storage condition etc , so any claim on these product with 1-2 hrs is acceptable and sample stored in temperature 8-13˚C degree temperature .
